While looking for a burgundy tie to wear to my niece’s wedding last weekend, I stumbled upon a Jacob Alexander tie on Poshmark that was the perfect tie for the occasion. However, the seller had the NWT tie “discounted” from $70 to $44. When I “liked” the tie, the seller offered the tie to me for $33 (plus tax & $8.97 S&H). Instinctively, I felt something was off with these “discounted prices”. So, I naturally went straight to the Jacob Alexander website and discovered the exact same tie for sale at the MSRP of $17.95 and matching burgundy pocket square for $10.95. Time was of the essence, so I immediately created a Jacob Alexander online account and ordered the tie & pocket square. The grand total for my very first online purchase from Jacob Alexander was $32.99 (including taxes, S&H)! First impressions are everything, and Jacob Alexander did not disappoint…the tie & pocket square arrived 2-3 days prior to my niece’s wedding, and I not only received tons of compliments on both, but also several serious inquiries about where I purchased them from. Needless to say, I dished out quite a few referrals to both family members and friends. I look forward to my next purchase from Jacob Alexander (and also hearing from family and friends about their first purchase, too)!

I purchased a bow tie in a specific color blue that looked to match what I was looking for. When I received the item, it was an obvious different color blue in addition to having a different name than what I ordered. When I inquired about receiving the wrong item, the customer service person told me that both of the colors were the same blue. Not a good marketing tool and seems to be false advertising…

I just received my 1st order from Jacob Alexander (a retro men's "skinny necktie"), and I couldn't be more satisfied. The item arrived to my full satisfaction ! I would recommend Jacob Alexander to everyone.

Ordered a tie for a second day delivery, paid premium shipping $29 plus cost of tie through their online purchase. The day of shipping they sent me email followed by phones call asking for $10 extra. I said ok I’ll pay, but now I’m on the road when I arrived I’ll pay. She said no I have to to pay by 2 pm eastern time and I’m in CA. I’m so disappointed of the service and the unprofessional way of dealing with customer. I cancelled the order.
