Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Your return package must be postmarked or show tracking movement within this window.
Item Condition
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or with removed labels will not be refunded and will be discarded. Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Defective merchandise or order mistakes must be reported within 1 week of receipt. In these cases, return shipping is covered by us.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the merchandise price only — shipping charges are not refundable. Returns are processed within 3 business days and you'll receive a confirmation email. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we made an error.
Special orders & promotions
Large or custom orders may not be returnable or may incur restocking fees — please inquire before returning. Promotional discounts may affect refund amounts if a return affects your order's eligibility. Free gift items have no cash value and are not refundable.
Include with your return
Include your full name and order number. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for lost packages.
Exceptions
If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return, or charge a restocking fee of up to 25%.
